The tallies are in for the Summer Hunter Pace on Saturday, August 3rd.
Weather-wise, 85 degrees, sunny skies, light breeze.
Trail-wise, 6.4 miles, mostly wooded, a few fields, hills, and a creek.
70 riders on too many horse breeds to count.
34 horse trailer rigs.

BIG Thank you’s to:
13 landowners for allowing the Hunter Pace go through their propterties.
6 men with chainsaws to clear the trails.
12 horse riders to mark and unmark the trails with streamers.
16 volunteers the day of the event to run registration, time riders, manage parking, serve refreshments to riders.
5 Hunt members to distribute flyers, post info online, email lists.

Optimum Time, which means, go at your own pace. The times that come closest to a pre-event ride, by a Hunt member, will receive a beautiful Metamora Hunt ribbon in the mail. (it will be sent to your team leader)
The Optimum time was 1 hour 45 minutes.
